Seoul Metro announced on the 25th that, due to an illegal protest by a specific disability rights group, southbound trains on Line 4 have been passing through Hyehwa Station and Hansung University Station without stopping since 8:24 a.m.

NSDPD activists have been staging boarding protests because the government’s budget proposal for next year does not include funding for disability rights.
