"Challenge! Artist Junior" is a youth creative program that was held from October 18 to November 15, with the participation of 15 middle and high school students aspiring to become illustrators. The students worked together with mentor artist Ahn Sungseok, setting their own themes and learning various methods of expression, thus directly experiencing the actual creative process.

The achievement sharing event was organized to document and encourage the creative growth and learning of the youth participants. Kim Jueon, a first-year student at Yeongil Middle School who participated in the program, shared, "Although the activities overlapped with exam periods, I felt a sense of accomplishment as I devoted my evenings to completing my work." Lee Seunghyun, a first-year student at Hansol High School, said, "I applied because I wanted to try detailed drawing while considering majoring in art. It took more time and effort than I expected to complete the piece, but seeing my finished artwork displayed in the exhibition made me proud."

Mentor artist Ahn Sungseok commented, "It was rewarding to participate in this opportunity, where students could directly experience the otherwise vague future of being an artist, create works together, and exhibit them, bringing them a step closer to their dreams of becoming artists."

Nam Kimin, Director of the Suwon Museum of Art, stated, "The Gyeonggi Shared School provides opportunities for youth to explore and experience their interests outside of school. The museum will continue to actively operate a variety of educational programs so that young people can discover and grow through art."
