"NH All-One Global" Supports 13 Languages
NH Nonghyup Bank announced on the 24th that it has revamped key features of its NH All-One Bank app to expand non-face-to-face financial services and enhance customer convenience.
The core of this update is the introduction of specialized services for individual business owners and foreign customers. First, "All-One Boss+" is a customized management support service for individual business owners (including prospective entrepreneurs), offering interactive content such as VAT reports, commercial district analysis, policy subsidy inquiries, and AI-based menu poster creation.
To improve financial accessibility for foreign customers, the bank has also launched the "NH All-One Global" service. This service will provide financial services in 13 languages, including All-One Bank membership and account opening, savings and credit loan subscriptions, automatic transfers, easy overseas remittance, and various notifications.
In addition, the bank has enhanced customer convenience by streamlining the All-One Bank home screen user interface (UI), increasing the transfer limit for NH certificates, enabling account and transaction inquiries for minor children, and introducing a non-face-to-face electronic power of attorney service.
