958 Units for General Sale Out of 1,912
Located Directly in Front of Indeokwon-Dongtan Line Uiwang City Hall Station
SK Ecoplant and HDC Hyundai Development Company opened the model house for "Uiwang City Hall Station SK View I-Park" on November 21 and have begun sales.
Uiwang City Hall Station SK View I-Park will be built at 265, Gocheon-dong, Uiwang-si, Gyeonggi-do. The development will consist of 11 buildings, with three basement levels and up to 40 floors above ground, and will offer a total of 1,912 units. Of these, 958 units will be available for general sale, with exclusive areas of 46, 51, 59, 74, and 84 square meters.
The sales schedule begins with special supply on December 1, followed by the first-priority application for local residents on December 2, first-priority for other regions on December 3, and second-priority applications on December 4. The winners will be announced on December 10, and the contract period will be held over four days from December 22 to December 25. Move-in is scheduled for January 2030.
The Gocheon-dong area of Uiwang-si, where this complex will be located, is seeing the development of large-scale apartment complexes through multiple housing redevelopment projects and the Uiwang Gocheon Public Housing District. Major residential complexes are also under development in the nearby Ojeon-dong and Wanggok districts. The area is expected to emerge as a new residential hub in the Seoul metropolitan area with approximately 20,000 households in the future.
Uiwang City Hall Station SK View I-Park is a prime location apartment complex situated directly in front of the planned "Indeokwon~Dongtan double-track railway Uiwang City Hall Station." The Indeokwon~Dongtan line, which will connect Indeokwon in Anyang to Suwon, Yongin, and Dongtan, is scheduled to open in 2029. Development of the GTX-C line at Indeokwon Station is also underway, targeting a 2029 opening. Uiwang IC is located nearby, providing quick access to the Gwacheon-Bongdam Urban Expressway, Yeongdong Expressway, and the Seoul Metropolitan Area 1st Circular Expressway.
A new Gocheon Elementary School is planned to be relocated right next to the complex. Uiwang Middle School and Useong High School are within walking distance. The complex is also close to the educational district of Pyeongchon. Baegun Lake and Wangsong Lake are nearby, and a historical park will be established directly in front of the complex. Additionally, Hyeonchungtap Park and Gocheon Sports Park are located in the vicinity.
Residents can also expect to benefit from the administrative town and abundant living infrastructure. Various administrative institutions, including Uiwang City Hall, a fire station, police station, and public health center, are located nearby. Uiwang City Hospital, which is comparable in size to a major hospital, as well as Emart and the community center, are also close, allowing residents to conveniently access a wide range of amenities.
The distinctive specialized design of the complex is also noteworthy. A curtain wall look will be applied to the exterior, and specialized designs for the rooftop and main gate will be introduced to enhance the symbolic presence of the complex. All units are south-facing to maximize views and natural light. In addition, the building coverage ratio has been reduced to 14.31%, ensuring generous spacing between buildings. The building coverage ratio refers to the proportion of the land area occupied by buildings; the lower the ratio, the wider the distance between buildings. A 300-meter-long open axis will be created to further enhance the sense of openness.
The community facilities will be diverse. A "welcome lobby" will offer comfort and sophistication to residents and visitors, and there will be spaces for various leisure activities, including a fitness center, indoor golf practice range, screen golf, cold and hot baths, and shower rooms. Facilities with high resident usage, such as a mom's station, community caf?, guest house, and small library, will also be featured. In addition, each household will be provided with 1.54 parking spaces and a storage unit.
