A total of 17 teams participated, with 7 teams giving oral presentations and 10 teams presenting posters, engaging in a spirited competition.
Each participating team has been working since January to identify areas for improvement, conduct preliminary research, carry out improvement activities, and develop future strategies, presenting the outcomes of their efforts at the event.
As a result of the competition, the top prize was awarded to the Laboratory Medicine Team for their project, "Easy Search Using Chatbot! Smart Work!"
The Laboratory Medicine Team was highly praised for improving work efficiency and user satisfaction by addressing delays caused by increased inquiries about specimen testing information through the implementation of a chatbot system.
The Excellence Award went to Ward 31 for their "Improvement of Communication through the Development and Application of a Standardized Reporting Method," while the Encouragement Award was given to Ward 71 for their "Activities to Improve the Rate of Education on Acute Cerebral Infarction Treatment Processes."
Director Kim Sungho stated, "I would like to thank all staff members who proposed and implemented improvements to create new changes in their respective positions. Just as small improvements can lead to significant change, I hope everyone will continue to reflect and boldly take on challenges so that our hospital can take another leap forward."
