Subscription Opens for 8,082 Units in 9 Complexes Nationwide Next Week [Real Estate AtoZ]

In the third week of November, a total of 8,082 units across nine complexes nationwide will be available for subscription.

According to Real Estate R114 on November 15, a total of 8,082 units (3,490 available for general sale) will be supplied in nine complexes across the country next week. This is an increase of 501 units compared to the previous week.

Subscription will be open for complexes such as 'Hillstate Gwangmyeong 11' (tentative name) in Gwangmyeong-dong, Gwangmyeong-si, Gyeonggi Province; 'Pungmu Station Area Sujain Gracent Phase 1' in Sau-dong, Gimpo-si, Gyeonggi Province; and 'Gimhae Andong Epyt' in Andong, Gimhae-si, Gyeongsangnam-do.

Hillstate Gwangmyeong 11 consists of 25 buildings ranging from five basement levels to a maximum of 42 above-ground floors, with exclusive areas between 39 and 84 square meters, totaling 4,291 units. Of these, 652 units are available for general sale.

Hillstate Gwangmyeong 11 is a prime complex located directly adjacent to Gwangmyeongsageori Station on Subway Line 7. It offers excellent accessibility both within and outside the area, with Cheolsan Bridge, Anyangcheon-ro, and the Seobu Expressway nearby.
