The Prime Hospital Selected as a Collaborative Care Institution for High-Risk Pregnant Women

The Prime Hospital has been selected as a participating institution in the pilot project for maternal and neonatal medical care collaboration, which is being implemented by the Ministry of Health and Welfare to create a safe medical environment for high-risk pregnant women and newborns. This recognition has drawn significant attention.

The Prime Hospital has become a preferred choice for many expectant mothers by introducing a variety of in-house medical services and advanced equipment. Through its AI-powered premium 3D ultrasound system, the hospital can predict the fetus's facial features and virtually reconstruct and visualize its movements and expressions, enabling more vivid fetal observation. Additionally, the hospital has adopted the Gentle Birth method, which minimizes stress for the baby and creates a natural and stable childbirth environment.

In addition, a midwife is stationed at the hospital to exclusively manage natural childbirth, and the hospital operates a free family delivery room system, allowing family members to participate in labor and delivery together.

Beyond medical services, The Prime Hospital independently offers cultural classes for pregnant women, providing comprehensive education on pregnancy, childbirth, and parenting. An International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) is also on staff to provide personalized breastfeeding guidance, supporting mothers in achieving exclusive breastfeeding.

A representative from The Prime Hospital stated, "All of our systems are designed for mothers and fathers-to-be, and we are fully committed to newborn care." The representative added, "For five consecutive years, our newborn care unit has been using 'Atoogel,' a baby skincare product trusted by mothers and babies nationwide. Since these products come into direct contact with the baby's skin, we thoroughly verify their safety and quality before choosing them."

Meanwhile, The Prime Hospital encourages rooming-in and kangaroo care, supporting emotional stability and attachment between mothers and babies. The hospital also operates a postpartum care center and maintains a 24-hour on-call system with obstetric specialists to ensure immediate response in emergencies. As a result, the hospital has achieved high success rates in complex deliveries, including VBAC, breech, and twin natural births.
