Ottogi announced on November 14 that it has expanded the nationwide launch of "Jeju Ttotttot Ramen," allowing customers to conveniently enjoy the flavors of Jeju's renowned ramen restaurant "Geumak Ttotttot Ramen" at home.

Ottogi's "Jeju Ttotttot Ramen" combines the spicy flavor of Jin Ramen with the signature seasoning sauce from Geumak Ttotttot Ramen, resulting in a rich and spicy broth. It also recreates Jeju's unique "Bejigeunhan mat," a savory depth reminiscent of long-simmered meat. The product features generous amounts of premium Jeju specialties, including large blocks of Daegjeong garlic to deepen the broth's flavor and abundant pieces of pork and green onion for a hearty texture. Notably, it uses Jeju black pork hind leg meat, a cut less preferred by consumers, to help expand sales channels for the local pig farming industry.

Previously, the ramen was available only at Jeju souvenir shops and online in limited quantities. With this launch, it is now widely available through various channels nationwide, including discount stores and chain supermarkets. To celebrate the launch, Ottogi is holding a range of promotional events. These include discounts on Ottogi Mall and a special promotion on Ottogi Ramen's official social media channels, where customers who verify their purchase can enter a drawing to win travel expenses for a trip to Jeju.

An Ottogi representative stated, "With this collaborative ramen that captures the flavors and stories of Jeju, we aimed to offer a unique ramen experience while supporting local communities," adding, "We will continue to provide new enjoyment through collaborations and limited editions that highlight regional characteristics."

Meanwhile, "Geumak Ttotttot Ramen" is a popular ramen restaurant located in Geumak-ri, Jeju Island, beloved for its hearty bowls featuring a deeply flavored broth made with Jeju pork and Daegjeong garlic, as well as generous toppings that embody the warmth ("Ttotttot-ham") of Jeju.
