Onboarding Program to Enhance Organizational Adaptation and Sense of Belonging
Practical Curriculum Including Stress Management and Financial Lectures

The Small Enterprise and Market Service announced on November 12 that it conducted an onboarding program called "Early Career Step-up Training" for about 140 employees with 1 to 2 years of service from November 10 to 11 at Bellfore Resort in Jeungpyeong-gun, Chungbuk.


This training was designed to help new employees with 1 to 2 years of experience adapt to the organization and enhance their sense of belonging.

The training program consisted of practical courses and customized sessions to support smooth adaptation for early-career employees. Key components included: securing psychological stability by overcoming workplace stress, safe customer service response to protect oneself, and effective financial management for those new to the workforce.


In addition, the program featured a special lecture by Korea's first science explorer on "The NASA Mindset That Turns the Impossible Into Reality," as well as a future vision talk by executives, providing opportunities to strengthen empathy and unity among organizational members.


Park Sunghyo, Chairman of the Small Enterprise and Market Service, personally led a session on "Internalizing the Organization's Values," sharing the organization's vision and direction based on his own experiences and encouraging employees to pursue growth and new challenges.


He stated, "You are the key talent who will lead the future of our organization, and your growth directly translates into the organization's growth and improved quality of services for small business owners. We will continue to provide unwavering support so that employees can adapt to the organization with stability and continue to grow."
