YOUNGJIN ANGLE Co., Ltd., a leading domestic logistics storage rack system company led by CEO Kim Dongsu, announced that it has received the Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy Award (Productivity Small Giant Company category) at the 2025 National Productivity Award.
The National Productivity Award is the highest government honor in Korea, presented to companies, organizations, and individuals who have contributed to national economic development through productivity improvement initiatives. Established in 1962 and operated based on the Industrial Development Act, it has become a representative government award system supporting business innovation and competitiveness enhancement.
Since its founding, YOUNGJIN ANGLE Co., Ltd. has consistently pursued technological development and innovation in the field of logistics storage equipment. In particular, through its self-developed MTS (Multiple Tiers Shelving) system, the company has efficiently utilized surplus upper space in existing warehouses, dramatically improving storage efficiency and work productivity at logistics centers. The MTS system, which utilizes existing rack structures, has reduced installation costs by about 20% and shortened construction periods by 30-40%, and is recognized as a technology that has realized logistics efficiency. This technological innovation is credited with greatly strengthening the competitiveness of the domestic logistics industry and enhancing national productivity.
In practice, YOUNGJIN ANGLE Co., Ltd. has demonstrated its technological capabilities and reliability by carrying out storage rack and mezzanine installation projects at logistics centers for major Korean companies such as Coupang, Shinsegae, Samsung C&T, Hyundai Livart, Korean Air, and POSCO ICT. In 2023, the company entered the U.S. Amazon market, laying the foundation for global expansion, and in 2024, it continued its achievements at home and abroad by winning the "Consumer-Selected Excellent Company Brand Award (CEO category)."
Furthermore, the company has established a global-level management system by acquiring three international standard certifications, including ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System). Under the leadership of the CEO, it operates a company-wide safety management system focused on accident prevention and rapid response processes. The establishment of HR and brand strategy departments has also strengthened systematic personnel and labor management, as well as customer-tailored service systems.
