According to the city on November 11, the exhibition is hosted by the Lifestyle Culture and Arts Club (Chairman Byun Hyungman) and sponsored by Jeongeup City. Four divisions-calligraphy, fine arts, crafts, and traditional arts-are participating, with a total of eight clubs involved.
Each club will present 13 to 15 pieces, offering a total of around 100 diverse works to provide visitors with a rich visual experience.
The exhibition is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. during the event period. Visitors can enjoy a wide array of creative works in various lifestyle culture fields, including calligraphy, literati painting, folk painting, watercolor, calligraphy art, as well as leather and Hanji crafts, and traditional crafts-all in one place.
Since its establishment in 2012, the Lifestyle Culture and Arts Club has grown to include 1,419 members across 110 organizations in 11 fields. The club has consistently contributed to the spread of local lifestyle culture and the development of a foundation for cultural and artistic participation.
Mayor Lee Haksoo said, "I hope this exhibition will allow citizens to experience culture and the arts more closely in their daily lives, and that it will further enrich the cultural atmosphere and sentiments of the region."
