Pyeongchon Saemmaeul Apartment achieved a 57% consent rate within about one week after selecting the two companies as preliminary project implementers on October 23. To ensure the project proceeds efficiently and stably, the decision was made to use a trust-based approach.

An official from Korea Land Trust stated, "With the high level of interest and participation from landowners and stakeholders, we expect the project to move forward swiftly in the future."

Pyeongchon Saemmaeul is located at 1121 Hogye-dong, Anyang-si, Gyeonggi Province, and consists of four complexes: Daewoo, Hanyang, Ssangyong, and Imkwang-Ubang. It is a large-scale complex with a total of 2,334 households, and upon completion of the reconstruction project, it is expected to expand to approximately 4,000 households.

Within the Pyeongchon Saemmaeul complex are Anyangnam Elementary School, Daean Middle School, and Daean Girls' Middle School. Nearby, there are Jayu Park, Anyang City Children's Traffic Park, and Heungan Children's Park, and residents have convenient access to Pyeongchon Food Alley and the Pyeongchon Academy District. The area also boasts excellent transportation, with the Metropolitan Area First Ring Expressway and the Dongtan-Indeogwon Line, which is scheduled for completion in 2029, located nearby.

The Pyeongchon Saemmaeul Integrated Reconstruction Resident Representatives, together with Korea Land Trust and KB Real Estate Trust as preliminary project implementers, plan to complete the application for a special maintenance plan within this year and aim to have the area designated as a special maintenance zone in the first half of next year.
