Achasan Station Baegakwan Tower is a residential complex supplied through Seoul City's Youth Safe Housing initiative, offering a total of 261 units, including 101 public rental units and 160 public-supported private rental units. The complex is expected to promote housing stability in the area by providing young people and newlyweds with affordable rent and a comfortable living environment.

In particular, the complex boasts excellent transportation accessibility, being located just a one-minute walk from Achasan Station on Subway Line 5. This convenience is expected to enhance the quality of life and daily convenience for young residents.

A variety of communal spaces have also been created for residents. The second floor features a small library and an open children's room, while the 16th floor houses a book cafe with panoramic views, a shared kitchen, and a multipurpose room, all intended to foster communication among young people. Applications for residency will be accepted through the official website from November 7 to November 11.

Kim Kyungho, Mayor of Gwangjin District, stated, "Stable housing for young people directly leads to greater vitality in the community. I hope that the prime location and high-quality public facilities will serve as a strong foundation for Gwangjin's youth to achieve a balance between work and life and to pursue their dreams."

Further information about the Youth Safe Housing program can be found on the Seoul Community Housing website.
