"Heated Up by Youthful Passion"... Dongseo University and Dong-A University Successfully Conclude 'READY-GO Busan Talent Development Program' Employment Camp

This camp was organized to help students understand the changes and trends in the cultural content industry and to strengthen practical career competencies. A total of 64 students from both universities participated.

On the first day, team-building programs and a special lecture on understanding the cultural content industry were held, enhancing students' collaboration skills and career planning abilities. In addition, students gained practical, field-oriented advice through job mentoring with local companies and employment strategy sessions.

On the second day, students worked in groups to plan, produce, and present promotional content focused on local companies. Through this collaborative process, they improved their planning, presentation, and practical skills, successfully completing the program.

This program was designed as a glocal talent development model through cooperation between local universities, aiming to support students in experiencing the industry firsthand and clarifying their career paths.

Jeong Dowoon, Director of Student and Career Support at Dongseo University, said, "This camp provided a meaningful opportunity to gain a direct understanding of the cultural content industry and to enhance practical employment skills through exchanges with companies. We will continue to expand various career and employment programs linked to the local industry."

Students who participated in this camp will continue to develop their competencies through the 'Local Settlement and Outstanding Talent Development Program' operated by the Dongseo University Career Plus Center.
