According to the county on November 6, this coaching project will be held a total of eight times at the Youth Culture Center from November 14 to December 9. Any youth aged 18 to 49 residing in Sunchang County is eligible to apply.

The program consists of three areas: ▲ Four sessions of Speech Coaching (Speech Master) ▲ Three sessions of Psychological Coaching ▲ One session of Everyday Posture Coaching. All classes will be held from 7 p.m. and will last for two to three hours.

The "Speech Coaching - Speech Master" sessions focus on developing speaking skills for employment and entrepreneurship. Seo-Young Byun, CEO of First Speech Academy, will serve as the instructor, helping participants build the confidence to communicate effectively anytime, anywhere.

The "Know Yourself, Understand Others, and Draw Our Future - Psychological Coaching" sessions are designed to help participants redefine the meaning of career and work based on self-understanding and to enhance their ability to form relationships with others. Bo-Ryeong Kim, CEO of Withus Edu, will lead these sessions.

The "You Need to Be Healthy to Be Active! Everyday Posture Coaching" is a special lecture aimed at correcting poor posture and teaching essential stretches for daily activities.

The program is open to a maximum of 15 participants, and the participation fee is 30,000 won. This is not a selective course; participants must complete all eight sessions to finish the program, and the full participation fee will be refunded upon completion.

Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis starting from 9 a.m. on November 8 via a Naver Form. The application may close early if the quota is filled. The application link will be accessible from the start time of registration.

A county official stated, "We hope this coaching project will help young people build their capabilities for employment and entrepreneurship, as well as provide opportunities for self-development. We also expect it to contribute to community revitalization through exchanges among young people."
