NH Investment & Securities Employees Volunteer for "Nongsim Cheonsim Farm Labor Support" in Paju

NH Investment & Securities announced on the 5th that it had conducted volunteer activities to support farm work as part of the "Nongsim Cheonsim" (Farmers’ Hearts, Heaven’s Hearts) campaign.

On the previous day, about 30 employees of NH Investment & Securities visited a chili pepper farm in Dangdong-ri, Munsan-eup, Paju, Gyeonggi Province, where they worked up a sweat together with farmers by pulling up chili stalks and assisting with other autumn harvest tasks.

Since 2016, NH Investment & Securities has continuously carried out the "Together with the Village" volunteer program to help address the challenges of rural aging and labor shortages. As a member of the NH Nonghyup Group, the company has taken the lead in supporting farmers through various initiatives, including supporting farm work during the busy season, operating direct transaction markets, and assisting with long-awaited village projects. This year as well, the company has engaged in farm labor support and flood recovery activities across the country, and during the autumn farming season, its in-house volunteer teams are carrying out relay volunteer work in rural areas.
