Establishing a Supply System Based on Bluecon Winter Technology
On November 5, Sampyo Industrial announced that it had signed a technical partnership agreement with Jeongan Remicon, Sejong Remicon, and Jeongan Remicon Ascon for the special concrete brand "Bluecon Winter."

Through this agreement, Sampyo Industrial plans to introduce a high-performance concrete quality system based on its proven cold-resistant concrete technology and expand its application to small and medium-sized ready-mixed concrete companies.
The three companies participating in this agreement have established a supply system for concrete based on Bluecon Winter technology and set joint goals of improving on-site construction quality, preventing strength reduction during winter, and enhancing supply reliability. Furthermore, they plan to officially use the "Large Corporation Certified Plant" title and actively leverage brand credibility when bidding for public works and large private projects. The Bluecon Winter technology will be expanded early next year to Jeongan Industry in Chungju, Sejong Remicon, as well as Jeongan Remicon in Jincheon and Green Remicon in Jecheon.
Bluecon Winter is a cold-resistant concrete for winter use, first launched in Korea by Sampyo Industrial in 2018, and was designated as Construction New Technology No. 995 by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. Recently, it received Green Technology Certification from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport in recognition of its carbon reduction effects, further affirming the excellence of its eco-friendly concrete technology. Green Technology Certification is granted to technologies that minimize greenhouse gas and pollutant emissions by saving energy and resources throughout all stages of social and economic activities, including greenhouse gas reduction, clean production and energy use, and resource circulation.
