Park Junghyun, Governor of Buyeo County, stated, "This fair is a meaningful occasion where job seekers and companies can meet directly. It will provide job opportunities for residents and serve as a platform for companies to discover talent. We hope it becomes a turning point for revitalizing local employment."

The event is co-organized by the Buyeo County Employment Support Center and the Women's New Employment Center, with support from related organizations such as the Chungnam Business Agency and the Boryeong Branch of the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
