On Tuesday, November 4, chilly weather is expected to continue, with the morning low dropping to as low as 1 degree Celsius in areas such as Yangju and Paju in Gyeonggi Province, as well as Cheorwon in Gangwon Province.
The morning low is forecast to range from 1 to 11 degrees Celsius, while the daytime high is expected to reach between 14 and 20 degrees. The temperature difference between day and night is projected to be around 15 degrees, especially in inland areas. Frost and ice may form in the central inland regions, mountainous areas of Gangwon Province, and high-altitude regions in the southern provinces, so extra caution is advised for crop management and related activities.
Skies across the country will be mostly cloudy at times, clearing up in the afternoon. Jeju Island will see mostly cloudy skies with less than 5 millimeters of rain in some areas. The southern coast of Jeollanam-do may experience light drizzles of less than 0.1 millimeters. Fine dust concentrations are expected to remain at 'good' to 'moderate' levels nationwide. Wave heights will range from 0.5 to 3.0 meters in the East Sea, 0.5 meters in the West Sea, and 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the South Sea. In offshore waters, waves are expected to be 1.0 to 3.0 meters in the East Sea, 0.5 to 1.0 meters in the West Sea, and 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the South Sea.
