As the metropolitan area’s pre-sale market approaches the end of the year in 2025, market attention is shifting toward complexes catering to genuine residential demand, particularly those located in areas with well-established living infrastructure. Notably, completed residential zones like the Imok District in northern Suwon, which offer a harmonious blend of transportation, education, and convenience facilities, are emerging as prime choices.
Daebang Construction’s “Suwon Imok Dieter The Riche II,” currently being supplied in the Imok District of northern Suwon, is attracting attention from genuine homebuyers thanks to its excellent surrounding environment. The Imok District is recognized as a stable residential area even within northern Suwon, with easy access to lifestyle amenities and green spaces such as Starfield Suwon, Manseok Park, and Suwon Sports Complex, making leisure and cultural activities convenient. Residents also benefit from proximity to both Gwanggyo New Town and the Suwon Station living area.
“Suwon Imok Dieter The Riche II” is a large-scale complex of approximately 1,744 units in the Imok District, with a wide array of community facilities planned, including an indoor swimming pool, sauna, children’s pool, book caf?, children’s library, and golf practice range. Its tailored configuration is designed around residents’ lifestyles. The complex features a low building coverage ratio in the 12% range, as well as amenities such as a fountain garden and forest trail park, providing a pleasant and nature-friendly living environment. Additionally, a neighborhood park roughly the size of 10 soccer fields is planned nearby, allowing residents to enjoy abundant nature even within the city.
The “Dieter The Riche II” complex in northern Suwon’s Imok District is drawing attention as a stable option in an uncertain market, thanks to its anticipated proximity to the GTX-C line, excellent living infrastructure, and the premium of being a large-scale branded apartment complex. Furthermore, its adjacency to the North Suwon Interchange enables residents to access key areas in Gangnam, such as Sadang and Yangjae, in about 30 minutes by car, making it a highly accessible location for commuting to Seoul.
This complex has reduced the financial burden for buyers by requiring a first contract payment of 10 million won and a total contract deposit of 5%. Pre-occupancy resale is also permitted. Notably, if there are changes to contract conditions-such as a discount on the sale price or free options provided after signing-the “Contract Safety Guarantee System” temporarily applies these improved terms retroactively to existing contract holders. This is intended to allow early buyers to secure highly preferred units with peace of mind.
The model home for this Daebang Construction project is currently open in Seodun-dong, Gwonseon-gu, near Suwon Station.
