Held Online from November 3 to 14
Hyundai Motor Group announced on November 2 that it will hold the "2025 Hyundai Motor Group Partner Companies Online Job Fair" together with its partner companies.
This is the first job fair in Korea for partner companies supported by a major conglomerate. Hyundai Motor Group fully funds the event from planning to operation, aiming to facilitate actual recruitment through job consultations and other activities. It is recognized as Korea's leading shared growth program. The fair began in 2012 in Seoul, Gwangju, and Daegu, later expanding to Ulsan and Changwon. Since 2020, in response to the impact of COVID-19 and the shift toward rolling recruitment in the job market, the fair has been held primarily online.
Now in its 14th year, this job fair will be conducted online from November 3 to November 14. After the event concludes, the website will be converted into a rolling recruitment portal and will be operated continuously to minimize manpower gaps at partner companies.
This event will feature participation from approximately 600 partner companies, including parts suppliers for Hyundai Motor and Kia, maintenance partners such as Bluehands and AutoQ, in-house startups, and Hyundai Mobis partners.
In addition, by collaborating with the job portal Saramin, a "Hyundai Motor Group Partner Companies Recruitment Section" will be created on Saramin’s official website to enhance promotional effectiveness. A recruitment system that is easy for both job seekers and partner company HR managers to use will also be provided. During the job fair, partner companies will be given unlimited free access to paid services offered by Saramin, such as "Talent Pool Search" and "Aptitude Tests."
Job seekers who wish to participate in the job fair can visit the official website of the online job fair, check the recruitment postings for each partner company, and submit their applications to the companies they are interested in. After applications are received, successful candidates will be notified separately, and interviews will be conducted both online and offline.
