The '2025 Korea Chrysanthemum Festival' held in Hampyeong County, Jeollanam-do is captivating visitors with the melodies of autumn that blend with the scent of chrysanthemums.
On October 31, Hampyeong County announced that the 'Brass Band Parade and Performance,' which takes place every weekend at the '2025 Korea Chrysanthemum Festival,' the nation's premier autumn flower festival themed 'Magical Chrysanthemum Land,' is receiving an enthusiastic response from visitors.
The brass band parade features professional marching bands 'Boom Beat' and 'Vibes,' who deliver spectacular performances. A brass band refers to a musical ensemble centered around brass instruments.
The parade brings together a variety of performers, including jugglers, photo men, stilt clowns, B-boy dancers, and K-pop dance teams. Starting from the Theme Video Hall at Hampyeong Expo Park, the parade marches through the Lawn Square, the Magic Castle, and the Central Square before reaching the main stage, creating a lively festival atmosphere for the audience.
Upon arriving at the main stage, the marching bands and dancers, along with a large puppet performance by 'Seoul Person Kang Hangu' and juggling acts, further energize the atmosphere on site.
Governor Lee Sangik stated, "This year's Chrysanthemum Festival is evolving into a sensory festival that combines chrysanthemums, music, and hands-on experiences. I hope the brass band parade will become another special memory for visitors, and we will do our utmost to ensure the remaining days of the festival are safe and enjoyable."
Meanwhile, the '2025 Korea Chrysanthemum Festival' will run through November 9 at Hampyeong Expo Park and its surrounding areas, offering visitors unique autumn festivities with a variety of performances and hands-on programs every weekend.
