Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation has joined forces with Gyeonggi Market and Commercial District Promotion Agency, Gyeonggi Job Foundation, and Gyeonggi Lifelong Education Promotion Agency to expand support for promising small and medium-sized enterprises in the province.
On October 29, Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation announced that it had signed a "business agreement to establish a cooperative system for supporting promising growth companies in Gyeonggi Province" with the three organizations at the 12th-floor main conference room of its Gwanggyo headquarters in Suwon.
Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation signed a support agreement for promising growth companies on the 29th with Gyeonggi Market and Commercial District Promotion Agency, Gyeonggi Job Foundation, and Gyeonggi Lifelong Education Promotion Agency. Under the agreement, each organization will be responsible for discovering and training promising growth companies in Gyeonggi Province, while Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation will provide preferential support to companies selected by the partner organizations, including higher guarantee limits, increased guarantee ratios, and reduced guarantee fees.
Promising growth companies in Gyeonggi Province include: youth start-ups that have completed youth entrepreneurship support education and consulting courses at Gyeonggi Market and Commercial District Promotion Agency; job creation companies selected for the excellent company certification program (job creation, youth, labor safety) by Gyeonggi Job Foundation; companies piloting the 4.5-day workweek; and re-challenge companies established by graduates of the Gyeonggi Re-challenge School at Gyeonggi Lifelong Education Promotion Agency.
Si Seokjung, Chairman of Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation, stated, "Collaboration among public institutions is essential for the growth of promising companies in the province," adding, "We will do our utmost to enable local companies to grow by actively pursuing practical consultations and discussions on new projects so that this agreement can serve as the starting point for ongoing cooperation."
