According to the city on October 29, this census is a nationwide statistical survey conducted every five years, following the ongoing Population and Housing Census (October 22 to November 18). It targets all agricultural, forestry, and fishery households across the country to determine their scale, distribution, structure, and management types, and serves as foundational data for establishing agricultural, forestry, and fisheries policies.

The census period will run from November 20 to December 22, with 15 field supervisors and 96 enumerators participating. Applicants must be 18 years or older, able to use smart devices such as tablet PCs, and have a sense of responsibility regarding statistical surveys. Anyone meeting these criteria is eligible to apply.

Further details are available on the city hall website and the Agricultural, Forestry, and Fisheries Census website. Interested individuals can apply either by visiting the city hall's Planning and Budget Division in person or by submitting an online application through the census website.

A city official stated, "We hope that many diligent and responsible individuals will apply to help gather valuable responses from our agricultural, forestry, and fishery communities."
