[Conference Call] SK Hynix "M15X Opens Ahead of Schedule... Preparing for HBM Production Next Year"

On October 29, during its 2025 third-quarter earnings conference call, SK Hynix announced plans to open its M15X plant (fab), currently under construction in Cheongju, Chungbuk, ahead of schedule and to begin producing high-bandwidth memory (HBM). The company stated, "After two years of construction, we have opened the M15X fab early and started bringing in the first equipment," adding, "We are preparing to contribute to increased HBM production starting next year. As memory demand is rising more sharply than previously expected, we are also working to expand capacity as quickly as possible in response." The company further explained that it is also working to accelerate the schedule for the first phase of the Yongin cluster fab.
