Shinyoung Group announced on October 29 that it is conducting open recruitment for both entry-level and experienced positions at its real estate development company, Shinyoung, and its comprehensive real estate services company, Shinyoung Asset.
Shinyoung is recruiting for a total of six divisions: real estate development (entry-level and experienced), sales marketing (entry-level and experienced), sales management (experienced), retail (experienced), finance (entry-level and experienced), and human resources (entry-level and experienced). Shinyoung Asset is seeking candidates for two divisions: investment advisory (experienced) and leasing business (experienced).
Entry-level applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree from a four-year university (including those expected to graduate by February 2026). Experienced applicants must have relevant work experience in the respective field.
Applications have been accepted since October 24 and can be submitted through the Shinyoung Group recruitment website until November 5. The hiring process consists of a document screening, first interview, and second interview, with final results scheduled to be announced in December.

Shinyoung Group owns the high-end residential brand 'Brighten' and the residential brand 'Shinyoung GWELL.' The company has supplied the Brighten brand primarily in Yeouido, Hannam-dong, and Nonhyeon-dong in Seoul. This year, the group is accelerating its brand expansion in the metropolitan area by supplying 'GWELL Elium Yangju Deokgye Station' in Yangju, Gyeonggi Province.
