The Department of Physical Therapy at Dong-Eui University of Science (President Kim Youngdo) has successfully completed the 'DNS (Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization) A Course,' which was held over three days from October 17 to 19, further strengthening the educational capabilities of its Professional Master's Program in Technical Skills.


'DNS' is a globally recognized neurodevelopmental rehabilitation approach developed by Dr. Pavel Kolar from the Czech Republic. It is an advanced clinical technique that can only be acquired through internationally accredited training programs.

This completion is regarded as evidence that the Professional Master's Program in Technical Skills at the Department of Physical Therapy at Dong-Eui University of Science offers the highest level of practical rehabilitation therapy education in Korea.


Kwon Yoojeong, Head of the Department of Physical Therapy, stated, "By actively incorporating state-of-the-art rehabilitation techniques such as DNS into the Professional Master's Program, our students are equipped with practical skills that can be immediately applied in clinical settings after graduation," adding, "We will continue to strengthen field-oriented clinical education."


Professor Kim Kanghun, supervising professor, emphasized, "The introduction of the DNS curriculum is a unique competitive advantage of our department's Professional Master's Program in Technical Skills," and added, "We have established a comprehensive educational system that encompasses the core elements of modern rehabilitation, including core stability, neuromuscular control, and functional movement patterns."
