RWM Specialist Program to Launch Next Year
NH Nonghyup Bank announced on October 24 that it will introduce a new 'RWM Specialist Training Program' next year, combining advanced education in Wealth Management (WM) with practical training in Loan and Foreign Exchange (RM) sectors.
This new program is a reorganization of the existing 'Wealth Management Specialist Training Course,' which previously ran for six months. It now integrates a four-month wealth management curriculum with a two-month loan and foreign exchange course. Nonghyup Bank aims to systematically nurture financial experts equipped with comprehensive financial knowledge, covering not only wealth management capabilities but also loan screening and foreign exchange.
The training program is designed as a hands-on curriculum centered on real customer cases, focusing on enhancing field-oriented problem-solving skills rather than simple theoretical education. The bank plans to introduce an RWM certification system in the future and provide additional advanced and refresher training, thereby establishing a continuous career development system for outstanding graduates.
A Nonghyup Bank representative said, "This program marks the starting point for fostering new financial talent by integrating RM and WM, which are core to our business operations. Going forward, Nonghyup Bank will continue to develop talent with comprehensive financial expertise across various job areas to strengthen our human competitiveness."
