On the morning of the same day, Prime Minister Kim presided over the 47th Cabinet meeting at the Government Seoul Office and made these remarks during his opening statement. He added, "With the global status of Hallyu and K-culture higher than ever, this is a golden opportunity to showcase both the roots and the present of our culture." He went on to say, "I hope the people will join together to create a truly exceptional APEC that will go down in history, demonstrating a mature civic consciousness and support befitting our national stature."

Prime Minister Kim stated, "Hosting the APEC Summit is not the end, but a new beginning," and continued, "We must build on the momentum from the success of this event and thoroughly prepare for 'Post-APEC' by considering what lasting legacy we can leave for Korea and Gyeongju." He repeatedly emphasized, "Above all, we must extend the global trend of fascination with Korean culture beyond Seoul to other regions."

Prime Minister Kim also said, "It is important to continue the momentum of domestic demand recovery driven by the issuance of consumption coupons and international events," introducing the 'Korea Grand Festival,' a consumption promotion event to be held for 12 days from the 29th until November 9th. Addressing officials from the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and other relevant ministries, he urged, "Please do your utmost to ensure that people can actively participate in responsible consumption, enjoying discounts in various fields and regions such as shopping, culture, and travel."

Meanwhile, this year's National Assembly audit is expected to be mostly concluded within this week, after which the full-scale review of next year's budget bill will begin. In relation to this, Prime Minister Kim said, "This is the first budget bill to support the policy agenda of the Lee Jaemyung administration," and requested, "So that next year's budget bill can be handled smoothly from the perspective of the people and the national interest, I ask each ministry to work closely with the National Assembly."
