Strengthening Brand Touchpoints and Product Experience
Simultaneous Sales at Suksungdo Locations Until April 28 Next Year
Ottogi announced on October 28 that it is launching a collaboration themed around "Ottogi Ramen" with Suksungdo, a Jeju-aged black pork brand.
This collaboration will run until April 28 next year and aims to provide a fresh and differentiated brand experience to both domestic and international tourists visiting Jeju. Pop-up store exhibitions will be held at two Suksungdo locations-the Jeju Main Branch and the Jungmun Branch-featuring Ottogi Ramen and Jeju-style Meljeot Sauce. During the same period, all Suksungdo stores will offer three collaborative menu items, expanding opportunities for customers to experience the products firsthand.
The collaborative menu consists of three items: "Jin Ramen Napolitan," "Jeju Meljeot Sauce Rice Bowl," and "Black Pork Jjasulang." "Jin Ramen Napolitan" combines the deep umami of Jin Ramen with the acidity and flavor of tomatoes. "Jeju Meljeot Sauce Rice Bowl" highlights the savory taste of Jeju anchovy sauce, making it a perfect match for both ramen and rice. "Black Pork Jjasulang" features a special sauce that brings out the juiciness and grilled flavor of aged black pork, making it a hearty meal or a convenient option for travelers.
An Ottogi representative stated, "Through this collaboration with Suksungdo, we aim to offer a new culinary experience to both domestic and international consumers. We will expand opportunities for customers to taste and experience our products on-site, showcasing the new appeal of Ottogi Ramen."
