Emart Kicks Off SSG Day... Half-Price Deals on Korean Beef, Pork Belly, and More

Emart, Traders, and Everyday announced on October 28 that they will hold the "2025 SSG Day" discount event for four days, from October 30 to November 2.

First, Emart will host a "half-price meat festival," featuring Korean beef, pork belly, and LA galbi. For two days starting October 30, domestic pork belly and pork neck will be sold at a 50% discount for 1,490 won per 100g when Shinsaegae Points are used.

Notably, this SSG Day will implement a "Zero Sold-Out Guarantee." If pork belly or pork neck is sold out during the event period, customers will receive a "Zero Sold-Out Guarantee Coupon." This coupon allows them to purchase the items at the same SSG Day price for 10 days, from November 3 to November 12.

On November 1 and 2, a Korean beef discount event will be offered. When paying in full with the event card, all Korean beef items will be available at up to 50% off. For four days from October 30 to November 2, all branded Korean beef items will be 40% off. There will also be a 50% discount on frozen LA galbi and Grade 1 marinated Korean beef bulgogi when Shinsaegae Points are used.

Seasonal early winter fruits will also be available at special prices. For four days starting October 30, "Kam Hong Dimple Apples" (3 to 8 pieces) will be sold at 8,988 won, a 40% discount with Shinsaegae Points, and Shine Muscat grapes (2.5kg) will be 5,000 won off with Shinsaegae Points. Additionally, on October 30 and 31, sweet bananas will be sold as a buy-one-get-one-free deal, and on November 1 and 2, "First Harvest Early Tangerines" (2.5kg) will be 8,988 won with a 40% discount when paid with the event card, while fresh blueberries (310g) will be 8,388 won with a 40% discount when Shinsaegae Points are used.

There are also generous discounts on sashimi. For two days from October 30 to 31, flatfish sashimi fillets will be 5,988 won per 100g, a 40% discount with Shinsaegae Points. On November 1 and 2, Norwegian salmon sashimi fillets will be 2,990 won per 100g, a 50% discount. For four days starting October 30, all sizes of live abalone will be sold at a 50% discount.

Russian king crab will also join the half-price trend. For two days starting November 1, Russian king crab will be available at 5,880 won per 100g, a 50% discount when paid with the event card.

Emart will also offer "SSG Day Signature" products, prepared through about six months of advance planning. For four days starting October 30, "GlenAllachie 15 Year Exclusive (700ml)," made from carefully selected original spirits by whisky master Billy Walker, will be sold in limited quantities for 189,800 won. The Cuckoo food waste processor (CFD-EMT202DCNG) will be offered at a limited price of 319,000 won, a 330,000 won discount when paid with the event card.

Popular processed foods and essential daily necessities will also be available at half price. For four days starting October 30, about 100 popular processed foods such as supplements, frozen hot dogs, and frozen pizza, as well as about 80 essential daily necessities such as hot packs and running gear, will be offered at a 50% discount when purchasing two or more items.

Traders and Everyday will also hold a variety of discount events. During SSG Day, Traders will offer a 7,000 won discount on "Canadian sow pork belly and pork neck (pack)" and sashimi-grade salmon fillet (pack) when paid with a Samsung Card. Everyday will offer Grade 1 Korean beef sirloin and stew cuts at a 40% discount, domestic pork belly and pork neck at a 30% discount, and dimple apples (6 to 12 pieces) and a tray of 30 eggs at a 3,000 won discount when paid in full with the event card.
