The informant added, "When my mother apologized repeatedly, he introduced himself as a member of the Korea Coast Guard and said, 'I'm just doing what I should as a police officer.'"

The informant continued, "When my mother asked for his contact information and name, he simply said he was doing what anyone should and promised to visit her restaurant for a meal someday, then quietly disappeared.
