November 4-5 at Seunghak and Bumin Campuses
Mentoring by Professionals, VR Future Job Experiences, and More

Dong-A University (President Lee Haeu) announced on October 27 that it will host the "Career and Job Fair with University and Local Community" for current students, local residents, and high school students over two days on November 4 and 5.

This event is designed to broaden career exploration and provide diverse job experience opportunities in response to the rapidly changing era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The fair is co-hosted by Dong-A University and Saha-gu District in Busan, and supported by the Saha-gu Career Education Support Center and the Busan Women and Family & Lifelong Education Promotion Agency.

On the first day, November 4, the event will take place from 12:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the indoor gymnasium of the College of Arts and Physical Education on the Seunghak Campus of Dong-A University. On the second day, November 5, it will be held during the same hours in the first-floor lobby of the International Building on the Bumin Campus.

The fair consists of several zones: the Career Counseling Zone (mentoring by professionals, aptitude tests), the Major Exploration Zone (department-specific mentoring and club experiences), the Career Experience Zone (career tarot, making emotional oil perfumes, and more), and the Future Job Experience Zone (experiencing careers such as climate change expert, autonomous vehicle developer, and wearable robot engineer through VR).

In addition, a variety of academic departments-including the Department of Environmental and Energy Engineering, the Department of Electronic Engineering, the Department of Mechanical Engineering, the Department of Tourism Management, the Department of Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering, and the Department of Media and Communication-will participate, along with clubs such as "E-nord" (drones), "This Is" (app development), and "Bisang" (startups), supporting career exploration activities and introducing jobs related to each major.

A representative from the Dong-A University Career Development Center stated, "This fair will serve as a practical opportunity for students to explore their career paths and communicate directly with professionals," adding, "We will continue to expand career support programs in collaboration with the local community."
