Classum Launches AI-Driven HR Solution "Telta"

Classum announced on the 27th that it has officially launched "Telta," an artificial intelligence (AI)-based human resources (HR) solution. Telta is an HR intelligence solution that transforms decision-making about people and organizations from intuition or gut feeling to data-driven confidence. By combining expert insights with the sophistication of AI technology, it provides an evidence-based HR decision-making framework that both employees can accept and executives can be persuaded by.

Telta shifts HR decision-making from intuition to data. By utilizing large language models (LLMs), it designs skill frameworks for each role and systematizes the unique roles and required competencies of an organization. Following Telta’s proprietary data pipeline, it generates evaluation and diagnostic questions and tasks, consistently scores the responses of assessment participants, and creates individualized feedback reports.
