According to the Korea Meteorological Administration on the 26th, morning temperatures on the 27th will drop significantly. The lowest temperatures in the morning are expected to be 4 degrees in Seoul, 3 degrees in Suwon, 2 degrees in Wonju, 5 degrees in Daejeon, 4 degrees in Sejong, 6 degrees in Jeonju, 9 degrees in Gwangju, 7 degrees in Daegu, 10 degrees in Busan, and 15 degrees in Jeju. The morning temperature in Seoul is forecast to fall further to 2 degrees on Tuesday, the 28th. In particular, by Wednesday, the 29th, temperatures in inland areas across the country are expected to drop below zero, resulting in frost or ice in some places.

The expected wave heights are 0.5 to 3.0 meters in the coastal waters of the Yellow Sea, 1.5 to 3.5 meters in the inner and outer offshore areas of the Yellow Sea, 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the coastal waters of the South Sea, 1.0 to 3.5 meters in the inner and outer offshore areas of the South Sea, 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the coastal waters of the East Sea, 1.0 to 4.0 meters in the inner offshore area of the East Sea, and 1.0 to 4.5 meters in the outer offshore area of the East Sea.
