The Seoul International Aerospace & Defense Exhibition (ADEX 2025) concluded on October 24, and it was reported that contract consultations worth a total of 44.9 billion dollars were conducted during the exhibition period.
According to the ADEX Joint Operations Headquarters on October 26, this year's event saw participation from 600 companies across 35 countries, with contract consultations totaling 44.9 billion dollars. The contract consultation amount reflects the total value of discussions held with decision-makers, including senior foreign military officials who visited the ADEX exhibition to explore defense products and aerospace components on display. The Joint Operations Headquarters evaluated, "Despite ongoing global instability, the increasing trust in Korean defense industries has led to a rise in contract consultations."
This year, Seoul ADEX welcomed 86 distinguished guests from 54 countries, including defense ministers, chairmen of joint chiefs of staff, heads of defense acquisition programs, and chiefs of staff from each military branch. In addition, there were 63 government-to-government meetings, 753 meetings between international guests and domestic exhibitors, and 1,500 business meetings among domestic companies during the event.
