Samsung Electronics Named "Most Loved Home Appliance Brand" in Australia

On October 26, Samsung Electronics announced that it had been selected as the "Most Loved Home Appliance Brand" at the "2025 Customer Satisfaction Awards" hosted by Finder, an Australian consumer evaluation organization.

Finder is an influential consumer evaluation organization in Australia that helps consumers make informed choices by evaluating brands and products in categories such as home appliances, telecommunications, and finance through consumer surveys. This year, more than 60,000 consumers across Australia participated, comprehensively evaluating over 20 brands for innovation, performance, reliability, value, and ease of use.

Samsung Electronics received high marks for providing a convenient user experience with artificial intelligence (AI) and personalized features, as well as for its excellent performance and energy efficiency. In particular, the seamless connection of various devices within the SmartThings ecosystem, which enhances daily convenience, was positively evaluated.

In addition, Samsung Electronics received 26 top awards and 13 excellence awards in major categories such as televisions, refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, vacuum cleaners, and microwave ovens.

Previously, Samsung Electronics was also recognized for its design competitiveness at the "Australian Good Design Awards," where three products, including the Neo QLED 8K TV and Bespoke AI Combo Washer Dryer, received awards.
