Hanul & Jeju announced on the 24th that it has decided to issue new shares worth approximately 1 billion KRW through a third-party allotment capital increase.
The new shares will be issued at 1,721 KRW per share, with a total of 581,057 common shares to be issued. The recipient of the third-party allotment is Lucky Partners No.1 Fund (581,057 shares).
Hanul & Jeju stated that the decision to carry out the third-party allotment capital increase was made to secure operating funds necessary for company management.
