On the 23rd (local time), the British daily The Telegraph reported, "Time has released a new cover photo of President Trump, which will appear in the latest issue set to be published on November 10."
The newly unveiled cover shows President Trump sitting in his office, wearing a red tie, resting his elbows on the desk, and gazing directly at the camera.

Previously, President Trump had publicly voiced his displeasure with the former Time cover photo, stating that he did not like it. The previous cover depicted President Trump standing under sunlight. While this composition is often used to emphasize the subject, the sunlight made part of his white hair less visible and accentuated the wrinkles on his neck.
On the 14th, through the social media platform Truth Social, President Trump stated, "Time wrote a relatively good article about me, but the photo might be the worst ever. My hair disappeared, and something that looked like a crown was floating above my head, but it was very small. It is so strange." He added, "The worst so far."
The new cover photo released that day was taken by a different photographer than before. The Telegraph commented, "Time has published a more favorable photo of Trump."
