More than 100 participants attended the conference, including officials from the National Police Agency and KAIST, domestic artificial intelligence (AI) experts from companies such as Funzin, S2W, and Nearthlab, as well as field police officers from across the country.

Under the theme 'AI Policing for All,' the conference featured presentations and discussions on the latest research in areas such as ▲AI innovation in policing, ▲strengthening capabilities to respond to new types of crime, and ▲ensuring public safety through physical AI.

Do Joonsu, Director General of the Future Policing Policy Bureau at the National Police Agency, stated, "In the era of AI transformation, cooperation with the scientific and technological community, including KAIST, is essential to ensure public safety. We will strengthen our capacity to respond to new types of crime through presentations by the nation's top researchers and communication with field police officers."
