"Doosan We've the Zenith Cheongju Central Park" First-Priority Applications Open on the 28th

705 Units Available for General Sale Out of 1,618 Total
5% Down Payment, Fixed First Installment of 10 Million Won

Doosan Construction will open the model house for 'Doosan We’ve The Zenith Cheongju Central Park' on October 24 and officially begin sales.

Doosan We’ve The Zenith Cheongju Central Park is being supplied through the Cheongju Uncheon Jugong Housing Reconstruction and Maintenance Project at 528 Sinbong-dong, Heungdeok-gu, Cheongju, Chungcheongbuk-do. The complex will consist of 18 buildings, with two basement floors and up to 31 above-ground floors, offering a total of 1,618 units with exclusive areas ranging from 59 to 114 square meters. Of these, 705 units will be available for general sale.


The breakdown of general sale units by area and type is as follows: 118 units of 59㎡A, 15 units of 59㎡B, 164 units of 74㎡, 285 units of 84㎡A, 110 units of 84㎡B, and 13 units of 114㎡.


The subscription schedule begins with special supply on October 27, followed by first-priority applications on October 28 and second-priority applications on October 29. The winners will be announced on November 5, and the official contract period will take place over three days from November 17 to 19.


The complex applies a 5% down payment policy, with the first down payment set at a flat rate of 10 million won. There are no additional costs beyond the down payment until move-in, reducing the initial financial burden for buyers.


As Doosan We’ve The Zenith, Doosan Construction’s high-end brand, is being applied, the project will feature a range of specialized designs befitting its brand premium. The location offers both proximity to workplaces and a pleasant residential environment.

The complex is located near Cheongju General Industrial Complex and Cheongju Technopolis, which houses major corporations such as SK Hynix, LG Chem, and LS Electric, making commuting by car convenient. With strong underlying demand, both end-user and investment demand are expected to be high, and the local economic infrastructure is anticipated to positively impact its future value.


The site also stands out for its abundant natural surroundings and well-established living infrastructure. The complex is adjacent to the planned Uncheon Neighborhood Park, providing a forest-side location, and is also close to Myeongsim Mountain and Musim Stream, ensuring a pleasant living environment. Within the residential area, residents will have access to various living, medical, and cultural facilities such as Homeplus, Cheongju Medical Center, Cheongju Arts Center, and Citizens Sports Park.


In terms of transportation, the complex is directly accessible to the First Ring Road, as well as Jikji-daero, Baekbong-ro, and Saun-ro, providing excellent access throughout Cheongju. It is also easy to travel to other regions via the Gyeongbu Expressway and Jungbu Expressway.


The project features product quality in line with its high-end brand and incorporates a variety of innovative designs. The buildings are primarily south-facing for optimal sunlight, and all units are designed with a plate-type layout. Most units feature a four-bay plate-type structure, and some units offer views of Uncheon Park.


In addition, glass balcony windows have been introduced to secure open views, and premium exterior finishes (in some units) add a sophisticated look to the complex.
