According to the county on the 23rd, this operation was initiated to provide a pleasant and safe environment for the increasing number of visitors during the foliage season. A total of 36 staff members will be deployed across five areas-parking, ticketing, environmental management, and order maintenance-throughout the park to ensure comprehensive support.

In particular, this year's autumn foliage at Gangcheonsan is expected to reach its peak between November 10 and 15. The county is making thorough preparations to minimize inconvenience for visitors during this period, including maintenance of hiking trails, traffic guidance, inspection of convenience facilities, and safety management.

Six main hiking trail sections within the park have already been pre-maintained, and a trackless train service is being prepared for the 650-meter one-way section from the park entrance to the large bus parking lot.

Additionally, near the third parking lot, 22 booths selling local agricultural products will be operated, allowing visitors to purchase fresh specialties from the Paldeok and Gurim areas directly.

The Gangcheonsan Auto Camping Site, with 21 sites, will also be in operation, and is expected to be popular among families looking to enjoy the autumn atmosphere. To prevent parking congestion, a total of 1,136 parking spaces will be available, and staff will be assigned to guide vehicles to the temporary Paldeokje parking lot when lots are full. Preparations have also been completed for all aspects of the operation, including traffic and parking guidance, regulation of unauthorized vendors, environmental maintenance, and emergency response systems.

County Governor Choi Youngil stated, "Gangcheonsan, the region’s leading tourist attraction, draws many visitors from across the country every autumn. As we approach the peak foliage period, we have thoroughly prepared to ensure the park remains safe and pleasant. I hope families, couples, and friends will come and enjoy the autumn at Gangcheonsan together."
