First, until November 9, under the theme "Time to Celebrate," customers who make purchases of 300,000 won or more on weekends will receive a 10% gift certificate reward based on their purchase amount. In addition, on the first and second weekend of the event, at 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. respectively, customers can participate in an event by scanning the QR code on the electronic display inside Time Villas. Through a drawing, 600 winners will receive prizes such as iPads, AirPods Max, and Apple Watches. Limited edition goods exclusively for Time Villas Suwon customers have also been planned. On the first day of the event, the first 1,000 customers who spend over 200,000 won will receive a "Tokkong-i" plush keyring, created in collaboration with Martine Kim, on a first-come, first-served basis.

On the second floor, a special pop-up event will be held to celebrate the launch of a new product by Acqua di Parma, the renowned Italian niche fragrance brand. On the third floor, a "HAGO House" pop-up will showcase leading global K-fashion brands such as Martine Kim and Depound. Additionally, the "Songhwa Chips" pop-up, popular for snacks made with Ganghwado’s specialty potatoes and sweet potatoes, will be located on the second floor. The "Yeosu Unnie Bomnal-en" pop-up, launched by the popular YouTuber Yeosu Unnie, who has 650,000 subscribers and is known for her unique desserts that consistently sell out, will be featured on the third floor.

A "Food Festa" will also be held, offering popular menu items at special prices at F&B (food and beverage) outlets. Thirty-two F&B brands located at Time Villas Suwon, including the carefully curated Dining Avenue featuring renowned restaurants from across the country, will participate. Signature dishes such as the "Gordon Ramsay" Truffle Burger, "Agra" Unlimited Course, and "Outback" Toowoomba Pasta will be offered at a 10,000 won discount at each restaurant.

Time Villas Suwon, which opened on October 24 last year, is a "convergence-type premium shopping mall" that Lotte Department Store developed over three years. The Suwon branch, originally opened in 2014, was completely renovated to combine the strengths of a department store and a shopping mall. The premium product lineup, including luxury and beauty categories, has been enhanced, and a wide range of content favored by Millennials & Gen Z, such as the largest global sports stores in the area and Musinsa Standard, has been introduced. The premium food hall "Dining Avenue" was also newly unveiled.

Compared to 2022, before the start of the renovation, sales from VIP customers (Avenuel) at Time Villas Suwon have nearly doubled. Newly opened or renovated brands have also risen to the top tier nationwide. Golden Goose and Hoka have ranked within the top three in sales among all stores nationwide, while New Balance, after opening the largest flagship store in the area, moved up from the top 20 to the top 10 in sales rankings.

This year alone, Time Villas Suwon has won two internationally prestigious design awards. In March, the design concept of Time Villas, which embodies the philosophy of "a space where a new time begins," won the main prize at the IF Design Award. In August, the official Time Villas website, designed with this philosophy in mind, received the main prize at the Red Dot Design Award.

Looking ahead, Time Villas Suwon plans to establish the largest "beauty section" in the area and further strengthen its premium product lineup, including luxury and contemporary categories. The mall will also focus on expanding specialized experiential content. By introducing cultural spaces such as large bookstores and trending intellectual property (IP) content stores, the entire complex aims to offer a differentiated "malling" experience. Currently, new large-scale multi-purpose shopping malls are also under construction in Suseong, Daegu; Sangam, Seoul; and Songdo, Incheon.

Lee Seunghee, Head of the Shopping Mall Division at Lotte Department Store, said, "We have prepared unprecedented shopping benefits and a variety of entertainment options to thank our customers for their interest and support for Time Villas Suwon," adding, "We will continue to strive to offer a premium multi-purpose shopping mall that delivers differentiated customer experiences and value."
