Daishin Securities, which introduced a new paradigm to the traditionally offline-focused securities trading market by launching its home trading system in 1997, positioned itself as an investment partner that supports customers’ investment decisions and product transactions with its self-developed MTS ‘Daishin CYBOS’ and ‘Daishin Creon’ released in 2011.


Recently, the company renewed its app to include new features such as enhanced ETF search, investment guides, and overseas bond trading, in response to the growing demand for exchange-traded funds (ETFs) and overseas bond investments. In particular, it introduced functions such as ‘Featured ETF Themes’ and ‘Investors’ Choices,’ enabling users to easily view trending themes and the most traded ETF products at a glance.


Additional features utilizing big data from Daishin Securities’ trading customers have also been added. The system shares the stocks held by the top 1,000 investors by return, allowing users to compare the stocks these investors held and traded last week with those they are currently trading.


Last year, Daishin Securities introduced a simple authentication certificate, allowing customers to access and manage all their Daishin Securities accounts with a single certificate. The certificate is managed in an encrypted secure space, further enhancing security. Additionally, to address the inconvenience caused by the unique structure of securities accounts-where separate product accounts are opened within an integrated account-the company launched a ‘fund concentration service,’ the first of its kind in the industry. Furthermore, to help stock trading customers reduce costs, it offers free credit loan interest rates for up to seven days.


The company is also making efforts to enhance customer convenience. Daishin Securities continues to introduce customer-centric services, such as developing ‘Benjamin,’ the first chatbot in the securities industry, implementing a simple password system, and redesigning the interface to improve readability.
