Large-Scale Complex with 2,568 Units to Be Supplied in Ganseok-dong, Incheon
Prime Location with Double Transfer at Incheon City Hall Station and GTX-B Line
Abundant Infrastructure: Top Schools, Major Parks, Department Stores, and Hospitals
Hanwha Construction Division and POSCO E&C will begin sales of "Foretna The Sharp Incheon City Hall Station" in December. This is a large-scale landmark complex supplied through a consortium formed by the two major construction companies.
This complex will be built through the redevelopment of the area around 311-1 Ganseok-dong, near Sangincheon Elementary School. It will consist of 24 buildings, ranging from four basement levels to 35 floors above ground, with a total of 2,568 units sized between 39 and 84 square meters of exclusive area. Of these, 735 units will be available for general sale.

Foretna The Sharp Incheon City Hall Station boasts a prime location at Incheon City Hall Station, which serves both Incheon Subway Lines 1 and 2, making it a double-station area. The site offers convenient access to Gyeongin-ro, the First and Second Capital Region Circular Expressways, and the Second Gyeongin Expressway. Residents will also be able to reach Seoul’s Hapjeong and Hongdae Entrance areas in about an hour via express buses. In particular, once the GTX-B Line (Songdo-Maseok) of the Metropolitan Express Railway opens, accessibility to Seoul’s Yeouido, Yongsan, Seoul Station, and Cheongnyangni is expected to improve significantly.
The educational environment is also excellent. As a so-called "Chopuma" complex, Sangincheon Elementary School is located right in front of the site, and within a 1-kilometer radius are top schools such as Sangincheon Middle School, Guwol Middle School, Shinmyeong Girls’ High School, and Inje High School. The area is also rich in lifestyle infrastructure, with Homeplus (Guwol branch), Lotte Department Store (Incheon branch), Incheon City Hall, Gachon University Gil Medical Center, and Incheon Culture & Arts Center all nearby, providing high convenience for daily life.
The complex also stands out for its pleasant green environment. Large green spaces such as Ewha Children’s Park, which is located in front of the site, Central Park (3.9 km), and Manwolsan Mountain are all close by. Community facilities for residents will include a golf driving range, Pilates room, kids’ cafe, study room, and private office, among others.
Meanwhile, the complex is drawing attention as a central hub of the redevelopment premium in the Ganseok and Guwol areas. Along with Hanwha Foretna Incheon Guwol, Hillstate Incheon City Hall Station, and Hanshin The Hue Incheon City Hall Station, it is expected to establish itself as a new residential town in downtown Incheon.
Jang Younggi, Head of Sales at Hanwha Construction Division, said, "As Incheon has been excluded from the latest regulated areas, expectations for a balloon effect are rising. With the combination of the GTX-B line and the premium of a large-scale branded complex, this project offers high residential and future value."
The model home for "Foretna The Sharp Incheon City Hall Station" will open near Incheon City Hall in November. Move-in is scheduled for August 2029.
