According to the city on October 21, this survey will target 12,544 households, which make up 20% of all households in the area, including both Korean and foreign residents and their places of residence. A total of 55 questions will be asked to measure policy demands and social changes related to low birth rates, aging population, multicultural households, and foreign nationals.

Households that receive advance survey notifications can respond first through a smart, non-face-to-face survey using the internet, mobile devices, QR codes, or phone calls from October 22 to 31. For households that do not complete the online survey, census takers will visit in person to conduct interviews from November 1 to 18, but responses via internet and other smart methods will still be accepted during this period.

A city official stated, "All responses and personal information collected during the survey will be thoroughly protected in accordance with the Statistics Act, so please feel secure in providing your answers. We ask for your active participation in the internet and phone surveys, as well as your cooperation and accurate responses when census takers visit."
