Dr. Seo is a child and adolescent psychiatrist and serves as the director of the Happy Child Research Institute. He has appeared on various broadcast media, including tvN's "Accidental Adult," and authored numerous best-selling books, offering practical advice on communication and emotional development between parents and children.

In particular, he has resonated deeply with many parents through books such as "Three Years Old: Just Beginning Parenting," "Seo Cheonseok's Time to Read Minds," and "Parents Growing Together with Their Children."

In this special lecture, Dr. Seo will address "Key Skills to Make Parenting Easier," aiming to alleviate the anxiety and burden that most parents experience regarding childrearing, and will share practical methods for parents to grow together with their children.

The lecture will focus on topics such as methods and key skills for discipline, communication techniques with children, and ways to nurture a child's inner self. There will also be a Q&A session, allowing parents to discuss real-life concerns with the instructor.

This special lecture is free of charge for 200 parents with preschool or elementary school children. Interested parents can register on a first-come, first-served basis through the Jeonju City website or Naver Form.

In connection with this, the city is promoting various family policies to foster a healthy family culture and build family communities, including support for child care, operation of family centers, and parent school programs.

Since 2019, the city has been operating Jeonju City Parent School, offering a variety of parent education programs tailored to each stage of life from prospective parents to parents in middle and old age, as well as programs customized for single-parent and multicultural families.

Jin Gyohoon, Director of the Welfare and Environment Bureau of Jeonju City, stated, "The smallest yet most fundamental community in our society is the family, and at its center, the role of parents is crucial. I hope this special lecture will be a valuable opportunity to better understand children's hearts and grow together with them."
