A Global Wellness Festival Featuring Institutions and Companies from 15 Countries
From Hanbang to Yoga, Experience a Time of Healing for Body and Mind
The 'Yeongdeok International H Wellness Festa 2025,' hosted by North Gyeongsang Province and Yeongdeok County and organized by the Yeongdeok Culture and Tourism Foundation, will be held for four days from October 30 to November 2, 2025, on the beautiful beach of Daejin Beach in Yeonghae-myeon.
This International H Wellness Festa, where visitors can experience world-renowned natural medicine such as K-Hanbang (Korean traditional medicine) and India's traditional Ayurveda, will feature a record-breaking scale with 15 countries invited, including India, Taiwan, Malaysia, France, and Japan.
Additionally, reputable organizations such as the North Gyeongsang Korean Medicine Association, the Association of Korean Medicine, the Dhamma Yoga Association, the Meditation Association, and Banaras Hindu University, along with numerous prominent wellness companies from Korea and abroad, will participate, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in the latest wellness trends and the essence of the wellness industry.
The event will be held across more than 100 booths, with main programs including an opening ceremony, a wellness healing experience exhibition, and a wellness healing industry exhibition. The invited countries will participate in the International Medical Experience Zone and the Wellness Healing Industry Exhibition, showcasing their unique healing medical practices, cultures, and industries.
First, the Wellness Healing Experience Exhibition is largely divided into medical healing, lifestyle healing, natural healing, food healing, and cultural healing. In the highly popular Medical Healing Experience Zone, visitors can try K-Hanbang, which has gained global attention thanks to the success of K-Pop Demon Hunters, as well as traditional Chinese medicine, Indian Ayurveda, and Korean herbal beauty treatments.
In the Lifestyle Healing Experience Zone, participants can calm their minds and bodies through yoga and meditation, join a barefoot walking program along the sandy beach stretching from Daejin Beach to the Goraebul National Campsite, or enjoy the seaside cafe and the natural healing rest area.
The Wellness Healing Industry Exhibition, featuring special exhibitions on K-Hanbang, inner beauty, and wellness food, will showcase a variety of products from domestic and international wellness companies. It is also expected to foster international exchange and cooperation for the development of the wellness industry through business networking, presentations, and discussions on wellness topics.
County Governor Kim Kwangyeol stated, "Wellness has now become a lifestyle aspired to by modern people and an industry that will lead the future. Through the successful hosting of the International H Wellness Festa, we will contribute to revitalizing Korea's healing tourism industry and devote all our efforts to further advancing Yeongdeok's wellness and tourism industries, based on its pristine natural resources."
