K Bank Recruiting Internship-to-Hire Interns for the Second Half of the Year

K Bank announced on October 21 that it is recruiting internship-to-hire interns who will participate in internship activities during the winter vacation.


The positions open for recruitment are a total of four fields: ▲Backend Development (Tech) ▲Product and Service (Business/Marketing) ▲User Experience (UX) ▲Risk. Notably, this recruitment includes generative artificial intelligence (AI) utilization and document automation as common requirements, regardless of the specific field.


The internship-to-hire program has been operated annually with a double-digit number of positions since 2022, and starting this year, it has been expanded to take place twice a year, in the first and second halves.


Selected interns will be assigned to their respective teams for two months starting in January to gain hands-on work experience. Practical projects will also be conducted alongside. In addition, a one-on-one mentoring program with senior team members will be provided to support rapid growth and adaptation. The HR team will also offer basic workplace education for newcomers, helping them adapt to their new environment.


The recruitment process consists of three stages: 'document screening, competency assessment, and interview.' For the Tech field, a coding test is required, and for the UX field, a pre-assignment is given. Eligible applicants include graduates and those expected to graduate by February 2026; graduates with less than two years of work experience are also eligible to apply. Applications for the document screening stage can be submitted on the K Bank recruitment website until October 27.


For prospective applicants interested in the internship, K Bank will operate a KakaoTalk open chatroom for one day on October 22. HR managers and field staff will directly answer questions about positions and the recruitment process, and anyone can participate through links posted on the recruitment website and announcement page.
