At this exhibition, Kia is unveiling the actual Tasman military command vehicle for the first time. The Tasman military command vehicle is a model that enhances operational capabilities by equipping radios and antennas on top of the authentic pickup's off-road performance and safety and convenience features. It was selected last month as the standard command pickup for the Korean military and will be deployed for active service within this year.

In addition, Kia is exhibiting the next-generation medium tactical vehicle (KMTV), which was introduced in June this year. The next-generation medium tactical vehicle demonstrates excellent off-road capabilities, including: ▲ 1-meter river fording ▲ climbing slopes of up to 60% and traversing slopes of up to 40% ▲ electromagnetic shielding design ▲ starting at minus 32 degrees Celsius ▲ carrying up to 25 personnel or 10 tons of cargo.

Furthermore, Kia is showcasing a variety of small tactical vehicles (KLTV) tailored to military needs, including: ▲ a four-seater cargo model capable of transporting goods ▲ a drone-mounted vehicle supporting expanded reconnaissance capabilities ▲ an AI surveillance vehicle that can monitor hazardous areas without location restrictions.

Kia's small tactical vehicles have been recognized for their mobility and versatility and are currently in use not only by the Korean military but also by armed forces in Europe, the Middle East, Asia-Pacific, Central and South America. Recently, they were also selected as the new standard vehicle for the Polish military.

A Kia representative stated, "At this year's ADEX, we are presenting a range of special vehicles that support the safe movement of military forces," adding, "We will continue to present our vision for the future of military mobility going forward."
